Le Casier Français is equipped with a LED lighting system allowing the optimal highlighting of your products. The lighting switches off automatically once the sale is completed.
An order and payment module H 2030 x W 700 mm x D 600 mm is to be added to your dispenser. This module has a secure lock and an alarm with SMS notification (optional). It requires a wired connection or the installation of a router by us to ensure its smooth operation.
Payment methods
You can select and combine several means of payment on your Casier Français according to your preferences.
Credit card
The most used and secure method, it includes a PinPad and a printer for purchases over 20€. This way, the money is directly transferred to your account.
Contactless
Used for amounts less than or equal to 30 euros. There are two types of contactless payment: Ingenico, which requires the opening of a special merchant account (negotiable fee linked to the bank of approximately 0.5%) and Nayax with transfers once or twice a month (2% commission).
Cash
For cash payment, you can choose a coin slot combined with a banknote reader. The coin slot accepts all coins and gives change. The banknote reader accepts banknotes from 5 to 20 euros.
All-in-one
The Nayax combines payment by credit card and contactless. It integrates a Pinpad on a touch screen, a contactless system, a magnetic stripe and a chip reader. The Valina requires the opening of a special merchant account.
Online
With Le Casier Français, you can sell your products online on coqillico.fr and thus offer this option to your customers. The user orders and pays on the site via his/her credit card. Thanks to a barcode scanner, RFID chip, QR code or simply a code to be entered on the distributor’s screen, he/she retrieves his/her order.
22" touch screen
Le Casier Français is equipped with a 22 » touch screen and a « manager » interface for the supply and maintenance of the dispenser. Your customers can easily access the products offered for sale, select them and display them in the basket.

The distributor chooses which locker to open.
The first products stored are the first ones sold.
Call & Collect
The customer can place an order with the producer by telephone. He/she is given a code that he/she can use on the distributor to retrieve his/her order.
Connected monitoring
Le Kiosque
When you purchase your locker vending machine, you will have access to the « Le Kiosque » app that allows you to set up and manage the machine from any device (PC, tablets, smartphones). This management platform makes Le Casier Français a connected vending machine that is easy to manage.
Le Kiosque gives you:
– access to the distributor’s information via an application and various media
– the choice to link your merchant website to the distributor
– the possibility to offer the Click & Collect option to your customers
– the guarantee of temperature traceability
Distributor Management
You can remotely manage your stocks, products, prices, photos, sales, event notifications by sms (low stock, temperature overrun alert…).
The purchase of your vending machine allows you the optimal management of the entire distribution process. With Le Casier Français, each module has its own freshness. Le Casier Français allows you to manage the cold independently per module. You can therefore offer products with different preservation methods in a single dispenser.
The temperature can be set to the nearest degree per module, as well as the deactivation of the cooling system, to optimise energy consumption. With the individual display of each thumbnail on the screen, you can see the temperature of the product of your choice.
Our refrigerated lockers are equipped with 14 mm double glazing for reliability and safety.
Le Casier Français is the first dispenser capable of operating at an ambient temperature of up to 40°. In addition, we offer the possibility to compose corner or opposite layouts for the refrigerated modules.
The maintenance of a cooling unit does not affect the correct operation of the other modules. With Le Casier Français, you have online traceability and automatic archiving of the temperature of each of your modules.
